This is a 6-week in-person group exploring how attachment patterns shape the way we show up in dating, family, and everyday relationships. We’ll look at the ways we tend to protect, pursue, or pull away and how those patterns impact connection, communication, and trust. Hosted by Xavier & Melanie, founders of Last Lap, a Christian matchmaking company, this group is designed to help people grow in awareness and begin showing up more intentionally and relationally grounded across all areas of life.

AGE GROUP: Young Adults ages 21-30s, but open to anyone wanting to grow in how they show up in relationships.
